Years in real estate
Licensed in 2009. Still active in the business.

Too many tools. Too much advice. Too many shiny new AI things. I help real estate agents figure out what matters—and turn it into a business that works better.
Here’s my storyLICENSED IN REAL ESTATE
STILL LEARNING. STILL BUILDING.

Licensed in 2009. Still active in the business.
Turning complicated tools into useful skills.
Hands-on sessions built around taking action.
Another course. Another CRM. Another strategy. Having more options doesn’t always make the next step clearer.
Agent Power Up is where we turn the noise into a plan—and the plan into something you can actually use. I’ve spent years doing the work, testing technology, fixing what breaks and teaching agents along the way.
The goal is simple: build a business that works for you.
From rehabilitation to real estate, the through line has always been helping people move forward.
My background is in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, including stroke and brain-injury care. I learned to assess what wasn’t working, understand individual strengths and break complicated tasks into manageable steps.
I became a licensed, part-time Realtor, working with buyers and sellers and learning the business from the ground up.
Moving into real estate full-time meant digging deeper into lead generation, marketing, technology and the systems that keep a business running.
I started a real estate team and spent years coaching, recruiting, training and testing tools in a working team environment.
I joined REAL Brokerage, bringing my experience in systems, training and technology to a tech-forward brokerage.
I joined the Grant Johnson Group as Growth Strategist, putting that experience to work alongside an active real estate team.
Courses, workshops, coaching, AI services, listing marketing, custom projects and Free Up bring more ways to turn ideas into action.
Before I taught agents, I worked with patients in rehabilitation. People learn differently. That’s why I start with how you work, what’s getting in your way and what you need next. Then we build around you.
A tool should remove friction from your day. If it creates more work than it saves, let’s rethink it.
Your voice matters. Create things that start real conversations and still sound like you.
Learning is a starting point. The next step is putting one useful idea to work.
Your personality, market and goals belong in the plan. There is no universal blueprint.
Let technology help with repetitive work, so you can spend more time with your clients.
Leave with a clear next step—and the confidence to take it.

I’m married to Nicole, and our household includes Karen and Becky—two rescue dogs with very little interest in CRM automation.
I’m also a Star Wars fan, LEGO enthusiast, bourbon fan and the person who can lose an afternoon testing a new AI tool “for work.”
Still active in real estate. Growth Strategist with the Grant Johnson Group at REAL. Agent Power Up welcomes agents from every brokerage and market.
